Covid-19: what changes to your orders and refunds


I have just placed an order and it is still showing as "In Preparation / Scheduled for Preparation". What does this mean?
Your order has been correctly placed and for credit card purchases, the payment has been processed; as soon as our employees can, they will proceed with the preparation and shipment of your order. Shipping times during this period may vary slightly; we will post any updates on this page.


I have just placed an order and I would like to cancel it.
If we cannot change your mind or you have placed the order by mistake, please write to cs@dennyrose-onlineshop.it with the cancellation request. Our staff will process your request as soon as possible.


I have received my order but I would like to return it.
Please follow the return procedure in the form you received in your package or at https://www.dennyrose.it/returns-and-refunds Our staff will authorise your return and send a courier for pick up as soon as possible.


I have asked to return something but it still has not been authorised. How long will I have to wait?
As soon as the authorities give us a fixed date for reopening our warehouses, we will be able to authorise the return and receive it in order to assess whether to reimburse it. Until that time, all you need to have done is made the request. The date of the request will serve as proof, not the date it was picked up by our courier.


I have made a return, will I receive my refund?
Due to the reduction in work activities, your refund may be delayed, we will do our best to process it as soon as possible.


I would like to speak to an operator for information on a product or an order, what can I do?
