Covid-19: what changes to your orders and refunds

I have just placed an order and the status is still Processing. What does this mean?
Your order has been correctly entered and the payment has been processed, as soon as our employees can, they will proceed with the preparation and shipment. Shipping times will depend on when the company's work activities will resume.
I have just placed an order and I would like to cancel it.
If we cannot change your mind or you have placed the order by mistake, please write to email@example.com with the cancellation request. Our staff will process your request as soon as possible.
I have received my order but I would like to return it.
Please follow the return procedure in the form you received in your package or at https://www.dennyrose.it/returns-and-refunds Our staff will authorise your return and send a courier for pick up as soon as possible.
I have made a return, will I receive my refund?
Refunds are temporarily suspended as the company is closed due to municipal ordinances, as soon as work is resumed we will proceed to register all refunds.
I would like to speak to an operator for information on a product, what can I do?
