Returns and refunds

Conditions were returns are free of charge

For orders made from Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Netherlands carriage will be completely to the charge of the company, using the carrier indicated by us only.

Conditions were returns are at your charge

In case of returns for orders made from Cyprus, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia the return shipping cost (10€) will be at your charge. The amount we will refund will be the cost of the returned goods minus 10€, the cost of the return. Use the carrier that we will indicate to you by mail so you don't have to pay the shipping costs directly to the carrier

Return right

We wish to ensure your complete satisfaction by means of a simple returned good procedure, so as to make your online shopping experience a pleasant one. You can send back any product purchased on within 30 workdays from the date of delivery of your order. If you have made your purchase as guest or if you have not logged in your account you should access the replacement and returns section:
1) complete the form with the requested data contained in the order confirmation email;

2) make sure that the order data is correct and click on the right top corner on "Ask for a return"

3) complete the form indicating for which items of that order you intend to ask for a return.

As an alternative, if you are a registered user, you may send us your request straight from your personal area, by selecting the order and then the item to be returned. After receiving your request for return, we will send you a written confirmation, containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) and the instructions to ship your return for free with our courier. Complete the Return Goods Authorization Request Form, once the request has been accepted and we shall send you confirmation via email containing the Returned Goods Authorization Number (RAN) and the instructions to be followed.

Return general terms

The goods must be delivered to the carrier indicated by us within 5 (five) workdays from the day of authorization. Make sure the garments are in the condition in which you received them, complete with all attached tags and seals. For the shipping use the original box (or another equally strong one). We shall only refund the articles returned in accordance with the instructions and which comply with the conditions for returned goods indicated below. If your returned goods do not comply with these conditions you can ask for them to be returned at your charge. All our products are complete with identification tag/label fastened with numbered single-use seal. The removal of the tag/label and relative seal will result in the loss of the right of withdrawal. Some footwear is without single-use seal and instead has an identification label. In any case, you are invited to try on the shoes on a carpet because returned footwear with scratched soles will not be accepted. You can only dispatch your returned goods from the country in which you placed the order.



Upon receipt of the articles returned by you, we shall check all the requirements have been complied with. We shall send you a confirmation email to inform you that the returned goods have been accepted and of the start of the refund procedure. The time taken for refund depends on the payment method used:

Refund for orders made by credit card
The refund on your credit card or debit card (prepaid) will be made indicatively in 30 days from the confirmation date. If you have purchased using a prepaid card, you are reminded to keep the card to be able to obtain re-credit of the refund.

Refund for orders made with PayPal
We shall make the refund on your PayPal account. The refund on the credit card from your PayPal account will depend on the time taken by the institute which issued the credit card associated with your account.

Refund for orders made with cash on delivery payment.
We shall reaccredit the amount paid by you on a bank or post office current account, details of which will be requested by the system at the time of the returned goods authorization request. We shall make the refund onto the current account number indicated by you within 30 (thirty) days from the date of acceptance of the returned goods.
