Returned good procedure and conditions

You can return any product purchased on within 30 working days from the date of delivery of your order.

Conditions under which the return is free

Returns are always free from all countries, unless otherwise specified when ordering. Returns must only be made using the courier indicated by Gaudì - BRT for returns within Italy and DHL for all other countries.

Conditions under which the return must be paid for by the customer

Currently, returns are always free; however, we reserve the right to update our terms and conditions, and as such, we recommend you check this page next time you make a purchase

How to request a return

We want to ensure that you are fully satisfied, and as such, we have created a simple returns process to make your online shopping experience as enjoyable as possible:

  1. Log in to the website and go to your personal account page
  2. Choose the order and the item you want to return
  3. Click ‘request a return’
  4. Fill in your return request correctly
  5. Make a note of your return request number
  6. Wait for your return to be authorised

How to return an item

When your return has been authorised:

  1. 1. Place the item(s) in the original packaging or similar packaging, and ensure all stickers have been removed or covered
  2. 2. Check for the estimate pickup date sent from the courier to you by email or message

Refunds timing

Once we receive your returned items, we will check that all the requirements have been met. We will then send you an email to confirm that your return has been accepted and to inform you that the refund procedure has begun:

Refunds for credit card orders

Your credit card or debit card (including prepaid cards) will be refunded within 30 (thirty) days of the return confirmation date. For purchases made with a prepaid card, please remember that you need to keep this in order to obtain a refund for your item.

Refunds for PayPal orders

We will refund your PayPal account. The time taken for refunds to your credit card from your PayPal account is dependent on the conditions stipulated by the issuer of the credit card linked to your PayPal account.

Refunds for orders paid for with cash on delivery.

We will credit the amount you paid to a current account, bank or post office account; the system will request the details of this account when requesting the return authorisation. We will refund the current account that you specify within 30 (thirty) days from the date of acceptance of the return..


Is it possible to make a change?

It is not possible to exchange one or more items purchased online via a return request with express courier.
