• 2) for ancillary activities related to managing User/Customer requests and sending a response, which may include the transmission of promotional material; for finalizing the purchase order for products and services offered, including aspects related to credit card payment, shipping management, any exercise of the right of withdrawal provided for distance purchases, updates on the availability of temporarily unavailable products and services;
• 3) related to fulfilling obligations under community and national regulations, protecting public order, and investigating and prosecuting crimes;
• 4) direct marketing, i.e., sending advertising material, direct sales, conducting market research, or commercial communication of products and/or services offered by DENNY ROSE; this activity may also concern products and services of DENNY ROSE Group companies and be carried out by sending advertising/information/promotional material and/or invitations to participate in initiatives, events, and offers aimed at rewarding users/customers, carried out by "traditional" means (e.g., paper mail and/or calls from an operator), or by "automated" contact systems (e.g., SMS and/or MMS, telephone calls without operator intervention, e-mail, fax, interactive applications), pursuant to Art. 130 paras. 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and subsequent amendments;

Information relating to the details of your purchases will be stored by DENNY ROSE for 24 months, starting from the date of collection, in order to send you offers and promotions (marketing activities), and for only 12 months in order to analyze your purchasing behavior.

Also regarding data security, in the sections of the website prepared for particular services, where personal data is requested from the browsing user, the data is encrypted using a security technology called Secure Sockets Layer, abbreviated as SSL.
